So why therapy? Is it not easier to talk to friends and family? On a therapeutic journey, you will have the power to look at your past in a safe and non-judgemental environment. There will be some challenging times, which we will look at them together. It is relational cooperation, of which you will be the main driver.

I offer both brief therapy (8 sessions) and long-term therapy (open-ended). There is the possibility of changing from short to long-term therapy upon a discussion, and I will always suggest an ending.

An initial session will be organised to discuss what you are looking for and any specific goals. In this session, we will re-agree on time, day of the week, and the general terms of our contract. During our time together, we will discuss where we are at and if we need to change the directions of our discussions.

My work is based on Relational Transactional Analysis. It sounds business-like, but it is more about you and your experiences and how we react to the people around us.
